Impact investing
needs more transparency.

Transparency.

Impact investing needs more transparency. Thus, we have decided to make our impact measurement and management methodology available for anyone to access.

What we do

Supporting startups, corporations, institutional investors, and foundations integrate impact as a measurement of growth and progress.

OUR SERvicES.

Impact Framework

Having a reliable impact framework in place is the foundation for any organization to start creating long-term value. By utilizing a stakeholder-inclusive approach, we work with our clients to create a bespoke framework that differentiates between outputs and outcomes, and aligns with impact management best practices. The framework gives teams clarity on what type of impact metrics need to be measured across the short, mid, and long-term and how they relate to daily activities.

Impact Projection Report

The Impact Projection Report enables organizations to demonstrate how they plan to create measurable impact in the near future. This high-level report is ideal for early-stage ventures or organizations launching new projects. It covers a venture’s or project’s profile, key achievements, and a number of key impact metrics projected across five years and quantified in dollar amounts.

Impact Due Diligence Report

The Impact Due Diligence Report supports investors looking to technically assess the current and future social and/or environmental performance of companies in their deal flow and portfolio, and benchmark these investments based on the same metrics.

Annual Impact Report

Best suited for organizations who have a demonstrated track record of delivering impact, the Impact Report takes meaningful quantitative and qualitative data, alongside visual elements and narrative, to tell an organization’s annual impact story. Adding the optional projected impact makes this report even more compelling, as it provides readers with clear insights into future impact in a quantitative and transparent way.

Annual ESG Reporting

An annual report covering an organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in alignment with global standards and frameworks including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

Benchmark & Gap Analysis

This service enables organizations to better understand how their ESG performance fairs in comparison to peers and leaders in your industry, criteria set by rating agencies (e.g. MSCI, Sustainalytics, and ISS), and ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

Stakeholder Engagement & Materiality Analysis

Enables organizations to engage their internal and external stakeholders through a holistic approach to better understand what ESG topics they deem to be material, and how they perceive the organization’s current performance.

ANNUAL UK STEWARDSHIP CODE REPORT

An annual report in alignment with the UK Stewardship Code as proposed by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). The Code is applicable for those investing money on behalf of UK savers and pensioners, and those that support them including asset owners, asset managers, and service providers.

Impact generates long term Alpha.

Our Letter to the World

Hundreds of kilometers out in the ocean, while the sun and moon dance on their orbits around our planet, broad and deep undulations form, known as Groundswell. These small, powerful cycles are caused by an often distant gale and seismic disturbance, resulting in rapid, spontaneous growth of rising waters. As groundswells continue to form, the phenomena builds momentum, re-enforced by a movement so united, so well-orchestrated, that as it approaches land it results in the spectacular tidal waves we witness from our shores.
